This Privacy Policy explains how 4INTERNET, s.r.o. processes personal data when you visit AI Sport Analysis, complete the analysis-profile questionnaire, purchase access or use the related football analysis platform.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • your email address and account information;
  • answers submitted through the analysis-profile questionnaire;
  • selected competitions, analytical preferences, profile type and dashboard settings;
  • selected subscription plan and subscription status;
  • language and time-zone preferences;
  • records of consent and cookie preferences;
  • transaction identifiers and payment status received from our payment provider;
  • customer-support communications;
  • campaign-attribution information, such as UTM parameters, referrer and, where consent has been provided, advertising identifiers;
  • technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, request date and time, session identifier and security logs.

Complete payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by AI Sport Analysis.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data:

  • directly from you when you complete the questionnaire, enter your email address, purchase access or contact us;
  • automatically when you use the website, through necessary technical logs and cookies;
  • from service providers, such as our payment provider, when they confirm the status of a payment or subscription;
  • from advertising and analytics platforms only where the required consent has been provided.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Creating and saving your analysis profile

We process your questionnaire answers, preferences, language and session information to create and save your personalised football analysis profile.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

Creating and managing your account

We process your email address, account details and selected preferences to create and manage access to the service platform.

Processing payments and subscriptions

We process transaction identifiers, payment status, selected plan and subscription information to process purchases, activate access, manage renewals, cancellations and refunds.

Providing the service

We process profile preferences and account information to configure dashboard filters, selected competitions, analysis settings and available service features.

Customer support

Your questionnaire answers may be processed automatically to configure your analysis profile, dashboard filters, selected competitions and preferred analytical settings.

This processing is used to personalise the service. It does not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

You can change available profile settings after your account has been activated.

6. Whether providing data is required

Providing an email address and the information required for checkout is necessary to create an account, process a purchase and provide paid access.

Without these data, we cannot complete the purchase or provide the paid service.

Some questionnaire answers may be optional. Marketing consent and consent to non-essential cookies are always optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed during checkout.

The payment provider processes payment-card information under its own privacy terms. AI Sport Analysis receives only information needed to confirm and manage the payment, such as a customer identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, payment status and limited billing information.

We do not store complete payment-card details.

8. Service providers and recipients

We may share or make personal data available to service providers that help us operate the service, including:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • email-delivery providers;
  • payment providers, including Stripe;
  • security, fraud-prevention and technical-support providers;
  • analytics and advertising providers where you have given the required consent;

  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

These recipients may process personal data only for the purposes for which it was provided and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may process personal data outside Slovakia or outside the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another lawful transfer mechanism.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.

  • incomplete questionnaire sessions without an email address: up to 30 days;
  • incomplete profiles containing an email address but without a purchase: up to 90 days;
  • active account and profile data: for the duration of the account or subscription;
  • account data after termination: generally up to 3 years, where necessary to handle support, complaints or legal claims;
  • transaction, invoicing and accounting records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws;
  • security and technical logs: generally up to 180 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident;
  • marketing-consent records: for the duration of the consent and for a reasonable period afterwards to demonstrate compliance;
  • customer-support communications: generally up to 3 years after the request is closed.

After the applicable period, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for functions such as:

  • maintaining a secure session;
  • remembering language preferences;
  • protecting forms and accounts against abuse;
  • storing cookie-consent choices;
  • enabling essential checkout functionality.

Necessary cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the requested service.

  • hashed contact information;
  • advertising identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc.

Browser and server events may use a shared event identifier to avoid counting the same event twice.

Meta-related advertising data must not be sent before the required consent has been provided.

Meta may process information as an independent controller for some of its own purposes under its applicable terms and privacy information.

13. Email communications

We may send service-related emails necessary to:

  • confirm account creation;
  • provide access or password-setting links;
  • confirm purchases, renewals or cancellations;
  • provide important service or security information;

These operational emails are part of providing the requested service and are not marketing emails.
